Ingredients (serves 2 persons)
4 eggs
2 EL PANJANS Kimchi
½ TL roasted sesame oil
2 TL light soysauce
2 sticks spring onion
1 sip of neutral oil e.g. sunflower oil or rapeseed oil
Preparations
- Whisk the eggs together with the sesame oil and light soysauce. Separate the spring onion into the green and white parts. Cut both parts separately into fine rings. The white parts will be fried, the green ones serve as garnish in the end.
- PANJANS Kimchi we're processing Korean style: Squeeze the juice out of the kimchi and whisk it into the egg mixture. Don't forget to wash your hands afterwards (or lick them clean, lol). Kimchilicious 😉
- Cut the kimchi into fine pieces.
Cooking
- Using a non-stick frying pan or a wok, fry the whites of the onion with oil on medium heat.
- After a few moments add the egg mixture and fry them on high heat until the egg thickens completely. Turn off the heat and mix PANJANS Kimchi into the eggs.
- Serve hot and fresh from the pan with rice or bread. Garnish with pre-cut spring onion greens.
