This kimchi is something very special for which we made a crucial exception. Instead of using the classic vegan seasoning, which we developed ourselves, we use real fish sauce and rice flour here. The foundation for this approach was laid by our partners 'Fish and Rice ' from Phonk Cartel, namely Hellfish and Akira. The altered recipe creates an intensive taste, which is a big step closer to classic Korean kimchi.
